Nomura Appoints D.K. Shin as Head of Global Markets, KoreaHong Kong, August 8, 2007 – Nomura today announced the appointment of D.K. Shin as Head of Global Markets, Korea, a new position where he will be responsible for business expansion in the Korean market. Mr. Shin will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Kenji Tsuge, Head of Fixed Income Division – Asia Pacific and to Tomoyuki Teraguchi, Head of Asia Equity Division. "We are extremely pleased to have D.K. join our team," said Mr. Tsuge. "D.K. has vast experience in Global Markets businesses and has established strong relationships with key clients in Korea.
