Tokio Marine Capital, Nomura Principal Finance Announce
Sale of Stake in Wanbishi Archives
Tokyo, April 23, 2007 – Tokio Marine Capital Co., Ltd. and Nomura Principal Finance Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc., today announced that in May 2007 the fund under the management of Tokio Marine Capital and Nomura Principal Finance will sell its entire stake in Wanbishi Archives Co., Ltd. to Toyota Industries Corporation.
