WITHDRAWAL FROM THE JAPAN SECURITIES DEALERS EMPLOYEES' PENSION FUND
The Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. (the "Nomura Securities") applied the Japan Securities Dealers Employees' Pension Fund (the "Fund") to voluntarily withdraw from the Fund and the meeting of representatives of the Fund approved it on July 16, 2001. The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare authorized the approval on August 1, and at the end of August, Nomura Securities is to withdraw from the Fund. |
