In its first year, the Nomura Well-Growing Institute will focus on three priority areas: learning, connection, and daily essentials (food, shelter, clothing). Guided by our Purpose, the institute will promote a wide range of initiatives, including social impact activities, charitable giving, research, business development, and investment in startups using our own capital. We will also promote agribusiness and food-related initiatives, including through Nomura Farm Hokkaido. At the same time, we will continue to support the well-being of Nomura Group executives and employees.
