Looking ahead to the next century, the Well-Growing Institute aims to foster a positive cycle where people continue to take on challenges and grow, both across society and within Nomura. By addressing social issues and disparities that hinder people’s growth, we will help build a better world in line with our Group Purpose.

In its first year, the Nomura Well-Growing Institute will focus on three key themes: learning, connection, and growth support.
Guided by our Purpose, the institute will promote a wide range of initiatives, including financial and economic education, social impact activities, charitable giving, and investment in startups using our own capital. We will also promote agribusiness and food-related initiatives, including through Nomura Farm Hokkaido. At the same time, we will continue to support the wellbeing of Nomura Group executives and employees.
