The hires include Michael B. Hill, James DeNaut and Thomas K. Barber from Deutsche Bank, Lori Lancaster from Goldman Sachs and Thomas R. Rosén from Barclays Capital. Their collective mandate is to grow Nomura's already strong franchise and to build client-focused, intelligent, solutions-driven capabilities for clients in the Americas.
