Nomura Announces Nomination of Members for Board of Directors

Tokyo, March 31, 2023 - Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that the Nomination Committee resolved the Outside Director nominees to be included in the proposal to the annual meeting of shareholders to be held in June 2023 to appoint members to the company’s Board of Directors.

Director Nominees

Together with the nominees announced on March 1, 2023, the Director nominees (total of thirteen) are as follows. Of these thirteen nominees, eleven have been nominated to serve as Non-Executive Directors (including nine Outside Director nominees), while the remaining two will serve concurrently as Executive Officers.
