Tokyo, April 3, 2023 - Nomura Real Asset Investment Co., Ltd. (NRAI) today announced that, effective March 8, 2023, it has completed registration of its investment management business, investment advisory and agency business, and Type II Financial Instruments Business under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
NRAI is backed by the extensive know how and experienced personnel of its shareholders, Nomura Holdings and Nomura Real Estate Holdings . NRAI currently manages private real estate funds with over 90 billion yen in assets under management, covering a wide range of assets such as offices, rental housing, hotels, healthcare facilities and land. Through its experienced team of asset management professionals, NRAI will continue to deliver high-quality services to its clients.
