Nomura Publishes Nomura Report 2024

August 30, 2024—Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has published the Nomura Report 2024, an integrated version of the firm's Annual Report and Citizenship Report.
Nomura has been issuing this report since 2012 to provide clients, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders with a broad understanding of the firm's business activities including financial and non-financial information.
As well as highlighting the Nomura Group Purpose announced in April 2024, this year's report includes messages from senior management and introduces initiatives being undertaken by the firm to deliver value to stakeholders.
Nomura has also published the Nomura Group Sustainability Report 2024 for the first time this year, outlining the firm's sustainability strategy and direction and introducing some of the latest sustainability initiatives.
