Global Funds Management S.A. ("GFM") is a Luxembourg-based investment fund manager founded in 1991 and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (i.e. "CSSF"). GFM is authorised by the CSSF. Global Funds Trust Company ("GFTC"), a fully owned subsidiary of Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A., and its own subsidiary Master Trust Company ("MTC") are Cayman Islands exempted companies with limited liability and they are regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
