Tokyo, February 2, 2026—Nomura Holdings, Inc. will host the Global Wellbeing Festival for employees across all regions from February 2 to 13, 2026.
The theme of the festival is “Recharge, Revive, Restart.” It will feature a variety of activities to boost employee engagement and enhance their wellbeing across four areas: physical, mental, social and financial.
These will include wellbeing fairs, fitness activities, a blood donation drive, investment seminars, mental health webinars, financial education resources and volunteering opportunities.
Nomura celebrated its 100th Anniversary on December 25, 2025. To mark this milestone, the company announced plans to establish the Nomura Well-Growing Institute to lay the foundation for value creation for the next 100 years.
Well-growing is a new concept that emphasizes the value of each individual learning in their own way and continuing to improve. The Institute aims to build social infrastructure that empowers Nomura employees and members of society to consistently challenge themselves, grow, and improve their wellbeing.
