The aim is to provide shareholders with a variety of information and to enhance communication with shareholders, in order for the various CSR activities that we engage in through our business activities to be received by society and for Nomura Group to continue to be relied on by the public.

	CSR website The CSR website includes a PDF version of the CSR report 2009, and also provides year-round news in addition to supplementary and related information.

In fiscal 2009, the CSR report (PDF version) focused on important Nomura Group CSR issues from the two viewpoints of "importance for society" and "importance for Nomura Group." In addition, we have issued a separate booklet (in Japanese) to report on the key points of Nomura Group's CSR activities.

In addition to the CSR report (PDF version), we will update the website throughout the year with the latest news and supplementary information about our CSR activities.

We will continue to engage in a proactive dialogue with stakeholders through these mediums and work to contribute to sustainable growth of society and future growth for Nomura Group.
