Tokyo, August 31, 2022 - Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has published the Nomura Report 2022, an integrated version of the firm's Annual Report and Citizenship Report.

Nomura has been issuing this report since 2012 to provide clients, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders with a broad understanding of the firm’s business activities including financial and non-financial information.

This year’s report introduces the initiatives being undertaken by the firm to realize its 2025 management vision of achieving sustainable growth by helping resolve social issues.

The report gives an overview of how Nomura is expanding the scope of business from public to private markets, leveraging its core business to help create a sustainable society, expanding its digital capabilities and enhancing risk management. The report also outlines Nomura’s initiatives to tackle environmental issues including climate change, strengthen corporate governance and develop its people.
