Tokyo, August 31, 2023 - Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has published the Nomura Report 2023, an integrated version of the firm's Annual Report and Citizenship Report.

Nomura has been issuing this report since 2012 to provide clients, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders with a broad understanding of the firm's business activities including financial and non-financial information.

This year's report includes messages from management and examples on Nomura's strategy and specific measures to sustainably raise its corporate value by creating economic and social value. In particular, with regard to the human resources strategy, Nomura has worked to make it easier than ever to convey the overall picture and concept of the strategy.
