Tokyo, March 12, 2025— Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has published its updated Nomura Group Code of Conduct.
The Code is a guide for all Nomura employees to translate into actions Nomura's Group Purpose, management vision and the core values of entrepreneurial leadership, teamwork and integrity embodied in Nomura Group's Corporate Philosophy.
